ST3GAL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST3GAL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,265 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, SNRNP40, and STAG2. Each is linked with ST3GAL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL3-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST3GAL3 versus SRSF9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST3GAL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST3GAL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
