ST3GAL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST3GAL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1, and EGFR. Each is linked with ST3GAL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL3-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ST3GAL3-low versus ST3GAL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST3GAL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST3GAL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
