Across TCGA cell cohorts, ST3GAL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 124 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6, TLE7, and GCAT. Each is linked with ST3GAL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL3-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL3 results are reported.
