ST3GAL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST3GAL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,854 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, VIM, and P3H1. Each is linked with ST3GAL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL2-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST3GAL2 versus RBM47 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST3GAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST3GAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
