ST3GAL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST3GAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 594 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV17, PLEKHG4B, and CD8A. Each is linked with ST3GAL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL2-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRBV17 grouped by ST3GAL2-low versus ST3GAL2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST3GAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST3GAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
