The most reproducible ST3GAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBF1, IGSF21, and PIK3C2B. Each is linked with ST3GAL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL2-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL2 results are reported.
