Across TCGA cell cohorts, ST3GAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST3GAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AZD8055, Bleomycin (10 uM), and IAP_5620. Each is linked with ST3GAL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL2-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL2 results are reported.
