Across TCGA cell cohorts, ST3GAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,288 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunological memory process, Regulation of activated CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell apoptotic process, and Viral process. Each is linked with ST3GAL1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL1-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL1 results are reported.
