ST13P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST13P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,651 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST13P5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST13P15, HNRNPKP1, and ZNF12. Each is linked with ST13P5 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST13P5-to-partner and partner-to-ST13P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST13P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST13P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
