Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST13P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,002 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST13P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Rescue of stalled ribosome, and Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with ST13P3 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST13P3-to-partner and partner-to-ST13P3 results are reported.
