ST13P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST13P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,935 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST13P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ESAM, FHL1, and ZEB2_S647. Each is linked with ST13P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST13P2-to-partner and partner-to-ST13P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST13P2 versus ESAM in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST13P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST13P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
