ST13P10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST13P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,476 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST13P10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSP90AA1_S263, MRPL1, and PAFAH1B1. Each is linked with ST13P10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST13P10-to-partner and partner-to-ST13P10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST13P10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST13P10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
