Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ST13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ST13 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ST13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ST13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and COAD are the cancer types where ST13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
