ST13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,102 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATXN10, KIAA1671, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with ST13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST13-to-partner and partner-to-ST13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST13 versus ATXN10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
