Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,942 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, TOMM22, and DNAL4. Each is linked with ST13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST13-to-partner and partner-to-ST13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST13 versus CBY1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
