ST13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,066 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7843, RN7SKP181, and RNA5SP146. Each is linked with ST13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST13-to-partner and partner-to-ST13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7843 grouped by ST13-low versus ST13-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
