Across TCGA cell cohorts, ST13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,874 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, and P-body assembly. Each is linked with ST13 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST13-to-partner and partner-to-ST13 results are reported.
