Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SSX2IP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SSX2IP data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SSX2IP Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SSX2IP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, ESCA, and SARC are the cancer types where SSX2IP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
