SSX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,048 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK1, GHDC, and RAB3IL1. Each is linked with SSX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSX2-to-partner and partner-to-SSX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSX2 versus AK1 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
