SSX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA4, KRTAP21-2, and CASP12. Each is linked with SSX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSX1-to-partner and partner-to-SSX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNA4 grouped by SSX1-low versus SSX1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
