SSUH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSUH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,156 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSUH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SETMAR, ARF6, and MVP. Each is linked with SSUH2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSUH2-to-partner and partner-to-SSUH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSUH2 versus SETMAR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSUH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSUH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
