Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSUH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,042 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSUH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with SSUH2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSUH2-to-partner and partner-to-SSUH2 results are reported.
