Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SSU72 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SSU72 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SSU72 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SSU72 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, UCS, and PRAD are the cancer types where SSU72 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
