Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSTR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC_pS79, AMPK_pT172, and ATM. Each is linked with SSTR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR5-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC_pS79 grouped by SSTR5-low versus SSTR5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
