SSTR5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSTR5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,875 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QTNF8, GLTPD2, and GPRC5C. Each is linked with SSTR5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR5-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSTR5 versus C1QTNF8 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
