SSTR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSTR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB4B, OR10T2, and C6orf118. Each is linked with SSTR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR5-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB4B grouped by SSTR5-low versus SSTR5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
