SSTR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,763 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAN2A1, MARCKS_S81, and PHRF1_S1124. Each is linked with SSTR4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR4-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSTR4 versus MAN2A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
