SSTR4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 860 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOP3B, APOL1, and HDAC10. Each is linked with SSTR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR4-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSTR4 versus TOP3B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
