Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, Erythrocytes, and Th2 cells. Each is linked with SSTR4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR4-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR4 results are reported.
