SSTR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSTR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGSF22, ADAMTS2, and SON. Each is linked with SSTR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR4-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGSF22 grouped by SSTR4-low versus SSTR4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
