SSTR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSTR4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,434 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP42, MAST4, and NAT10. Each is linked with SSTR4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR4-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP42 grouped by SSTR4-low versus SSTR4-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
