Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SSTR3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SSTR3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher SSTR3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SSTR3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, THYM, and COAD are the cancer types where SSTR3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
