SSTR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,384 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN6, AIF1, and ANKRD44. Each is linked with SSTR3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR3-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSTR3 versus SEPTIN6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
