SSTR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, MSH6, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with SSTR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR3-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by SSTR3-low versus SSTR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
