Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSTR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 923 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hormone-mediated apoptotic signaling pathway, Nuclear export, and Regulation of axon extension. Each is linked with SSTR3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR3-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR3 results are reported.
