SSTR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSTR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCLK3, TCEAL5, and TAS2R39. Each is linked with SSTR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR3-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCLK3 grouped by SSTR3-low versus SSTR3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
