SSTR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,789 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, BICD2_S823, and RPS2. Each is linked with SSTR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR1-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSTR1 versus DDAH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
