SSTR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,253 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF532, TLR5, and LINC02038. Each is linked with SSTR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR1-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSTR1 versus ZNF532 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
