SSTR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,205 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4774, CENPU, and CFDP1. Each is linked with SSTR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR1-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4774 grouped by SSTR1-low versus SSTR1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
