SSTR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSTR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,956 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRIG1, TMEM140, and ADH6. Each is linked with SSTR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR1-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSTR1 versus LRIG1 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
