Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, PAX1, and BTBD16. Each is linked with SSTR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR1-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR1 results are reported.
