SST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,333 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCG2, ARFGEF3, and MAP7. Each is linked with SST in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SST-to-partner and partner-to-SST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SST versus SCG2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SST→partner) and Y-score (partner→SST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
