Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SST protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,958 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SST-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASRGL1, LRRC15, and MRAP2. Each is linked with SST in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SST-to-partner and partner-to-SST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SST versus ASRGL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SST→partner) and Y-score (partner→SST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
