Across TCGA cell cohorts, SST RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 845 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SST-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hormone-mediated apoptotic signaling pathway, Lysosomal lumen acidification, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SST in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SST-to-partner and partner-to-SST results are reported.
