SSRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,601 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR549A, RNA5SP198, and POTEH-AS1. Each is linked with SSRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-SSRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR549A grouped by SSRP1-low versus SSRP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
