Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,815 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, and Mitotic sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with SSRP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-SSRP1 results are reported.
