SSRP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,508 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHNYN, TMBIM4, and CCS. Each is linked with SSRP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-SSRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSRP1 versus KHNYN in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
