The most reproducible SSRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of JUN kinase activity, Regulation of oxidative phosphorylation, and Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane from matrix. Each is linked with SSRP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-SSRP1 results are reported.
