Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL21, TEX43, and TEX50. Each is linked with SSRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-SSRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL21 grouped by SSRP1-low versus SSRP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
