Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SSR4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SSR4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SSR4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SSR4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SSR4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
